Spettro are a Buildings Insurance Claim Management company based in the South East of England, helping people with their fire, flood, theft and storm damage insurance claims. When they launched their franchise operation to expand coverage across the , they commissioned Webchise system to manage their enquiries and estimating process.

Not surprisingly, Webchise’s CRM module is the mainstay of the Spettro system.

All enquiries are processed by head office and enquiries made from the company’s website are created directly within the CRM module.

Head Office staff allocate the leads to the franchisees and an allocation feature helps them select the correct franchisee based on the postcode, or address, of the enquirer.

The enquiries appear in the Franchisee’s dashboard for them to follow up and qualify.

The estimates module allow franchisees to build complete estimates for the work required, separated into each room, or area of the building. Room Dimensions are captured and the work is then detailed for each room, using the full product listings and pricing.

When completed, estimates can be generated for the customer which appear as fully branded PDF documents and work sheets can be generated for the contractors.

If the customer decides to go ahead with the work, the estimate can be automatically converted to an invoice with no further data entry required.

Webchise allows Spettro easily track their enquiries and the estimates generated from those enquiries, so that they can more effectively manage their marketing activities. Head Office has full visibility of the estimates created by the franchisees, so that they can help the franchisees when generating the estimates and ensuring nothing is missed.
